so cold out.. didn't have another minus 20 run in me tonight.. came home from work exhausted and hit the couch for a solid hour.. then 1 hour run.. 20 minute walk, 15 minute cycle, then about 15 minutes of yoga...

rotator cuff still sore in up dawg and what not.. still sore after 20 minute sauna soak as well.. 2 weeks now

tomorrow last day of work before vacation.. next week, going to jump it up from 30 Km this week to 50 KM

Rotator cuff :(

oww.. rotator cuff injury.. monday morning after doing a chest workout .. i think the flys are the thing that aggravates that shoulder..

been resting it all week.. from what I read, it isn't too bad an injury, meaning at least I didn't hurt it too badly, but it's still sore

barely ran at all this week, so busy with work.. might try to sneak in 10 K right after work tomorrow so i can still make sunbury shores opening at 5.. tricky stuff

need to run on weekend, get wharf out of lake, and clean up insulation under Chateau
